We've all experienced an earworm (a song that is stuck in your head and you can't get it out). Well for the past couple of weeks I've experienced that to an extreme. Omega X is an 11 member boy group that debuted back in June. They are a group of boys who have been a part of project groups or other disbanded groups and it's one of my favorite debuts of the year. Their EP is full of bops including their title track, Vamos. But there is this incredible b-side, Omega X, that has had its grapple on me for the past couple of weeks.
This song is a great introduction to the group. It's them introducing their impeccable rap skills, vocals, and even their choreography which you can see in the video below. It's all thrown over this wild EDM beat that makes this song a perfect groove. The verses are full of insane raps that are just breathtaking. This leads into the chorus where the catchy hook was made to be stuck in your head the way they chant it over and over again. It's really enjoyable for those who like wild, noisy songs.
Omega X might have just made the catchiest song of the year with this jam. Their raps and vocals are on point and each of them really leaves a mark on this song. It's not to be missed and it certainly won't be missed if it gets stuck in your head for a few weeks (I am not liable if that happens lol).
